Hello everyone! The artist for my comic has given me permission to share some early sneak peeks. Check them out below!
Also, I share my deeper thoughts and opinions on mysterious sightings in a new blog post, a tutorial for painters on mixing colors, and some creepy new mysteries in The Latest Strangeness with Casey O’Malley! Enjoy!
Known Facts of Things To Come:
The Airship’s First Inks Are In & I LOVE THEM!
Here is a first look at the artwork for my comic, The Airship! The artist’s name is Nico Longoria, and they are doing an incredible job so far! Capturing the narrative requirements of the script is challenging enough, but Nico has been able to capture the tone and mood of my story equally as well. I could not be more pleased. I’ll share more as time goes on, but for now enjoy these glimpses of Nico’s fantastic work!
I don’t have a lot to add about the art development right now but feel free to reach out with any questions about the process going from script to images. I will always try to offer any insight I can.
Secret Arts & Forbidden Knowledge: Mixing Colors in Light & Shadows
For any painters, the first part of this video does a cool job of explaining how colors mix in light and shadows and how to find the mixes on a color wheel. This video is mostly about using Blender to paint in 3D, but I cued up the first part about color which is most useful for me. Marco Bucci is always pretty good at explaining color theory and making it easier to understand.
The Latest Strangeness: Cow Mutilations are Back!
This week Casey discusses a recent case of cow mutilation and a U.F.O. captured on video over the Outer Banks! Also featured, an op-ed from a mysterious Man In Black.
NEW BLOG!
Sterling’s Deep Dives: Are Aliens “Real”???
I created a new blog column for anyone interested in my deeper thoughts on art and paranormal mysteries. This week I took some time to address my opinions on just how seriously I take stories about U.F.O.s and why I have chosen to focus on these topics in my writing.
